About me: I approach every client individually and want everyone, regardless of background, to feel safe in my counselling room. I practice transdiagnostically, because I believe we have all learned different methods of coping with life's challenges and pathologising helps nobody. I believe as a society, we put too much value on personal responsibility (you can't and you shouldn't have to deal with everything alone), we have too much guilt and shame and too little connectedness.

Qualifications Counselling Psychology master's degree is currently being obtained, Introduction to Systemic Family Therapy currently being obtained, psychological literature

8-week Mindfulness and Self-Compassion course, Mental Health First-aid course, Psychology bachelor's degree, EFT workshops, Young men's sexual health and porn, Autism, EU-Promens community mental health programme, Hakomi workshops, Trauma-informed practice, other psychology and sexual health courses and conferences.

Experience: Currently working with adults and youth in private practice for the last 6 months. I am also working with high school students as a school counselor. Previously I have worked with special needs children and their parents in social rehabilitation. I also worked in IT for years.
